First of all, Pat is the nicest guy and great with communication. He was able to call me any day at any time if I had a question or needed something explained. Not only did he completely replace my large, cast iron drain for an great price, but he helped our washer/dryer delivery guys get our washer and dryer downstairs after they weren't fitting through the door. Definitely not in his job description but he helped out. 10/5 starts if I could!!! Highly recommend!

Pat was very nice, i called on a Saturday and he was in Muskegon the next day. My bathtub was leaking pretty bad. He wore his mask the whole time and was comfortable to be around. (Single mom) . Also was in and out!
